CG Toner Plus Cartridge Refill Machine is a toner workstation, with which you can clean and refill all black and color toner cartridges without any limitation.

Thanks to employed high technology and sophistication, CG Toner Plus is the first and the only toner workstation, which warns the user with a sound alert when the filters are clogged.

CG Toner Plus Features

  The filtration system of CG Toner Plus is a combination of 1 wide format HEPA and 2 sequential HEPA Protective Filters. 

As the system starts to work, primarily 2 sequential HEPA Protective Filters collect the dust and keep it enclosed. This prefiltering separates the major part of dust and therefore, makes HEPA filter has a very long lifetime.

At the second stage of filtering, HEPA filter catches the fine dust and filtrates up to 0.3 micron and purifies the air outflow entirely. Hence, CG Toner Plus provides a clean working environment free from toner dus, which is between 0.5 and 0.7 micron in size. Consequently, CG Toner Plus has made a revolution in providing a perfectly clean working environment.
  For the first time in the world, CG Toner Plus uniquely offers you an advanced system, which checks the filter digitally and warn the user as the filter is clogged with a sound alert. Furthermore, the level of clogging of the filters can be monitored instantly from the built-in digital screen.
  For the first time in the world, while working with CG Toner Plus, you can adjust the height of the cabinet door by its sliding up mechanism. Just adjust its height according to how tall you are and meet and benefit the spacious working environment of a CG Toner Plus Cabinet. 
  The florescent illumination eases your work inside the spacious hood while cleaning and refilling your toner cartridges. Besides the switch mounted on the external panel, you can also easily turn on and off the light from the extra switch mounted on the lamp. 
  With its electrical wiring in compliance with CE standards, it is completely safe to use the system.  CG Toner Plus is equipped with a reliable Fuse, which safeguards the entire system continuously against any electrical failures, malfunctions, and shortcuts.  Furthermore, for the first time in the world, prior to running CG Toner Plus, the entire electrical system can be tested and checked for any sort of failures, malfunctions, and shortcuts by means of handy and exclusive testing unit.
  For the best refilling performance, CG Toner Plus deionizes the blown air through toner cartridges.  This leads to keep the original ionization of toner dust, which is especially a common problem in color toner powder.

Furthermore, CG Toner Plus dries the blown air and purifies from water molecules or simply humidity.  Hence, it prevents toner dust from getting lumpy.
  An external air compressor and air gun are equipped with CG Toner Plus to handle some basic operations such as, cleaning cartridges with blown air, provide the power for accessories such as Air Drill.  Thanks to its automatic air level recognition, it keeps a certain amount of air allocated inside its tank.
  With this handy tool, you can easily dissemble and assemble all toner cartridges.  It is powered by the air produced from the external compressor unit. 
  Just like Air Screw Driver, with Air Drill, you can easily dissemble your toner cartridges when you need to drill a hole in the cartridges.
